A warehouse in Vasai, a clinic in Kandivali, and a fabrication line in Pune do not share the same exceptions. Shelf software forces those exceptions into a ticket queue. We encode them: shift patterns, vendor quirks, bilingual operators, monsoon downtime, GST realities, and the one machine that still speaks serial.
You get source, runbooks, and an architecture you can staff — not a black box subscription that vanishes when the vendor pivots.
Engagement shape
